Applicants will be screened out based on their individual application forms. Only those who meet the selection criteria should attend final selection on the selection day. The Selection Panel consist of the Selection Coordinator, and 5 members.

The following activities are carried out as part of the selection day:

1. Essay writing on a common topic to the candidates
2. Individual interview
3. Group interview
4. Mini-debate
5. Group Discussion
6. All score sheets are collected by the Selection Coordinator at the end of the Selection day to go through and to see that there is no conflict of interests between the candidates and members of the selection panel.
7. The winner in this selection will be announced over the Radio and local newspapers.
